ABOUT US

The Box Portsmouth is a specialist CrossFit facility. Unfortunately our facility is temporarily closed due to the Coronavirus outbreak.
When we are back open we will continue to hold multiple classes everyday in our newly expanded gymnasium with expert instructors in:
CROSSFIT, OLYMPIC LIFTING, POWERLIFTING, STRONGMAN & GYMNASTICS
Our venue also hosts multiple dance fitness sessions for children & adults in our dance studio run by private hirers.
