No prior fitness level is required.
Follow the steps below to get started on your CrossFit journey.

ATTEND OUR FUNDAMENTALS COURSE
All newcomers to CrossFit must now book onto our fundamentals course to learn the basics prior to any regular class attendance.
You can select either the
Group session fundamentals course (held monthly on specific dates) or our
1-2-1 fundamentals course (held at days & times that suit you).

You can select either the
Couch to CrossFit monthly group course or our fast track
1-2-1 fundamentals course (held at days & times that suit you).
GROUP COURSE
Our Couch to CrossFit course runs at the start of every month offering a gradual, onboarding to the world of CrossFit. The perfect starting place for absolute beginners to learn the basics at a tailored pace
£85 per person

COURSE TIMES
Next course starts Monday 4th November, 7:30-8:30pm​

12 x 1 hour sessions throughout the month on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday evening at 7:30-8:30pm (Mon, Wed); 7:00-8:00pm (Fri).

1-2-1 COURSE
Run on days & times suited to you.
Involves a full CrossFit introduction with access to online informational videos and 2 x 1 hour 1-2-1 sessions with one of our expert coaches. Bookable now.
Costs £75 per person.

AVAILABLE TIMES PER WEEK
Sign up to our 1-2-1 course via the below link and then you will be sent an email link to book your first session via our online calendar. Multiple days and times (daytime and evenings) are available or message us to organise a time that suits you.

I HAVE EXPERIENCE
If you have previously done CrossFit for 3 months or more and are confident with the fundamental CrossFit movements then feel free to come along to any of our regular CrossFit sessions by selecting one of the below options. You will then be directed to our class booking system GoTeamUp.
